Bring back the old Rotten shed Bring back the old Rotten shed Bring out the unsound picnic table Bring out the unsound picnic table So we can play some music So we can play some music O the dirty parking lot O the dirty parking lots Dust on our shoes I ain't here to lose Tear down the shed of rock n roll Burn down the shed of rock n roll If isn't burning I'll set in on fire ...

Louie 05:21
Louie Every time I see you it just tears my heart out You're waking in the shadows just like a ghost You're gonna score for the very last time Everyone's accusing you of someone else's crime You're going to score for the last time Louie, Every time you turn your back a knife goes in. You're waking in the shadows from the dark within If I have to tear your motel room door down You're leaving behind you a trail of blood If I have to break your motel room door down Louie You're blowing out of this world just like a speeding train When I see you in the dark I call out your name Your ghost like figure on the outside of town Your picking up death just like an infamous clown You're going to tear my heart out...

Send me love 03:30
Send me love in the morning Send me flowers in the Spring Send me birds when I'm singing Send the moon when it's sinking like an orange slice Send me love Send me love Send me mountains at sunset when I am afraid Send me torches in the hillside like diamonds laid Send me cookies when I'm dreaming deep in sleep Send me the sound of your singing! Send me love even thought I'm no good for anyone Send your heart when I'm sick Send your mind when I'm gone Send Bob Dylan on over with T-Model Ford But most of all send me love! Send Bob Dylan on over with T-Model Ford But most of all send me love!

Down in the valley I used to hide watch my wild horse stamping and crying his coat it was shaggy and the whites of his eyes shone in the moonlight right before sunrise Didn't care how many useless mares motionless stood and unaware - His color was black as the depth-less night with screams like a devil right before it dies Still remember the snowy morning when he was corralled what a terrible sound on every enemy within a hundred miles the wounds on his back never stopped his attacks. And in our minds the electric horses are running wild et al

Falling unearthly blue stars and change there is a constancy stars and change Let's say a prayer for the mechanized world Falling, falling, falling, stars and change He had a sad black beard on his face And a hand that had been touched by heaven He reached out and touched me with that hand Falling unearthly blue stars and change Emotional vacancy stars and change Chimes without meaning stars and change Let's say a prayer for the mechanized world Falling, falling, falling, stars and change Let's say a prayer stars and change x2 Stars and change Stars and change They go on forever stars and change There is a constancy stars and change Falling, falling, falling, stars and change There is a constancy stars and change

Tiny TV 05:10
Death has a face like the scream kind apparitions of howling sweetness of birds in song Sleeping is for love and longing Comfort from a tiny TV Small voice reaching out to me Coming off the coast of Iceland Volcanic ash at 40,000 feet Fire at the fireworks factory The gun held in his right hand Making friends with goats and lambs returning for ten more Hail Marys A Germany full of long lost bombs attacked by angry swans In the river sickness in your own reflection Bottle rockets in every direction

about

Twenty one songs were recorded for Goodbye Ceremony - these are the remaining, recorded live to two inch analog tape.
Cover photo the old shed by Elise le May, of beloved Jennie Adams therapy office RIP
In the past three years we've lost a lot in Nashville, beloved people and places. Many musicians have had to move away, several on this recording because there's no affordable places to live in MUSIC CITY.
Let's return to the places, often dark and dusty, where true music is born.
